Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and accessories remain attached and included.
Drop Off the Package
Attach the provided return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
